This two floor villa, designed as a small holiday home, has a very simple plan based on a rectangle. The main floor has entrances leading directly to the living room, preceded by a portico, and a kitchen which instead can be reached using the outdoor stairs. The main floor has four bedrooms with private bathrooms, arranged two-by-two in two separate volumes. The much smaller lower level is a basement used as a cellar.
The roof is the unique feature of the project; its slight asymmetric vault stretches longitudinally along the axis of the house.
As is often the case, Magistretti paid meticulous attention to the design of the indoor fireplace.
