The house, with a surface area of roughly 210 m2 and a volume of 3,700 m3, has a ground floor and four floors (the top floor is recessed) with a total of 40 rooms. It has a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and hollow brick outer walls. Isolated foundation plinths for the central piers; continuous foundations with concrete perimeter walls. Floors with reinforced hollow blockwork, laid on site; roofing with reinforced concrete base covered by a wooden roof and Marseille tiles, with a reinforced concrete ridge beam. Stairs with reinforced concrete load-bearing waist-slabs.
