Together with other bookcases, it was displayed at the 1946 RIMA Exibition in Milan. The design theme of the bookcase features diagonal tie-rods and fir shelves and struts fixed by rubber-clad rods. This is a construction detail that can be found in the cabinets for a professional's home and, in a second version for the bookcase, where the wooden struts have a cylindrical section, and features trapezium-shaped feet and top terminals, manufactured by the Moretti company and displayed at its stand combined with the demountable Rava armchairs.
