Siloe
In 1972, Magistretti designed a sofa-bed called Siloe for Tisettanta. Starting from the ?70s, the company began modernizing its production plants, upgrading them to produce furniture in series, and relied on the cooperation of renowned designers.
Siloe is a transformable object, a typology dear to Magistretti especially in years to come, and is a sofa-bed with the sides in plastic laminate and wooden contours, which also incorporate an additional extractable bed concealed under the seat. The mattress covers are in wool fabric and, if required, the two cushions that serve as the sofa backrests transform into comfortable pillows.
