Raffles
In Raffles, whose NAME evokes colonial atmospheres, Magistretti again challenged himself with the design of a typology reminiscent of the armchairs of English clubs to give shape to this sofa whose mere dimension evokes great comfort and relaxation, epitomized by the soft lower-back cushions, making it almost a redesign. The "series" includes an armchair, a sofa in different dimensions and a two-to-three seat pouf. The structure is in wood, the interior padding is in crushproof polyurethane foam lined in Dacron and covered in cotton cloth. The seat cushions are padded in down. The lower-back cushions are in Dacron. All of the upholstery is fully removable. The front wooden feet are fitted with small projecting metal wheels and the rear feet are in wood.
