Menelikke
It was originally designed as an "undifferentiated" relaxing object: it can simultaneously be a sofa, a bed and a chaise longue thanks to the natural flexibility of the material that makes it possible to change the configuration of the mattress at will. The metal frame is on casters and is complemented with a soft tubular backrest, and features a double herringbone wood slat bed base that transforms the sofa into a bed with a simple unfolding system that eliminates the traditional mechanism. The upper section, by running forward on the two casters, produces the fold in the polyurethane foam mattress that serves as a backrest, and partially or wholly lifts the armrests cut into the wool-covered polyurethane surface.
