Magellano

Magellano is a lounge chair whose shape can be quickly changed: sofa or chaise longue with leg rest. Evolved from the Sindbad sofa, in which a simple English saddle cover was spread over an armchair, the rug/sofa is an expansion of this philosophy. For the sake of versatility and economy, its simple padding is not tailored: the large piece of fabric that covers it was imported from Greece and is fastened with a single strap. "Not a single upholstery stitch!" exclaimed the designer.
