In its poetics, Albatros draws inspiration from the previous Dim lamp, doubling the wave-shaped reflector, proposed only in stove-eNAMElled black and white metal. In the floor version (model 393) a thin black-painted chrome-plated stem is combined to a thicker one that incorporates the electric cable and on which is fixed the box containing the two independent dimmers. The base is in painted steel. In the corresponding wall model, the stem doubles at the point of juncture: linear at first, where it carries the cable, and curved in the second section that supports the reflector. The ceiling lamp is designed with a double curved chrome-plated stem and with the option of running the reflector along one of the stems. This lamp would later adopt the simpler stem of the Dim and Adim models.
