The building has an "L-shaped" plan with wings; each of the wings is primarily occupied on each floor by two big apartments (with six and nine rooms).
The latter can be reached from the hall using a polygonal staircase; all the day areas have different-sized scenic terraces and verandas; they define the asymmetric evolution of the elevations by circling and spatially emptying the corners of the tower.
The roof has a usable flat terrace (above the technical compartment with the lift machine); it can be reached using the steps jutting out from the façade underneath and protected by a sculptured canopy.
The load-bearing structure, built with beams and piers in reinforced concrete, is positioned based on a regular grid that allows extensive flexibility in the use of the internal space, thus making it possible to create duplex apartments. Only the ground floor is used as offices, while the garages are located in the three basement floors.
Most of the lot is covered in vegetation, but there is a paved area next to the building that can be used as a parking area.
A key focus of the preliminary study was the design of the lobby with its scenic view towards the porphyry paved garden visible through a wall made entirely of safety glass. The other walls are clad in an elegant beechwood boiserie; the floor is paved with slabs of grey serizzo stone.
The original project envisaged a very dark red and brown plaster cladding for the façades, produced by mixing porphyry grit. However the client was not pleased with this solution; he was concerned that this chromatic choice might discourage prospective middle to upper-middle class buyers. As a result it was replaced with a more usual grey. Over the years some of the windows have been replaced.
