The building is a private house located on a plot marked N. 3400 on the Monte Olimpino cadastral map.
The masonry structure includes parts in reinforced concrete and hollow blockwork floors.
The outer walls are coated with white glazed plaster. Parts of the walls are in exposed Moltrasio stone.
The bases are in elegant, bush-hammered Moltrasio stone.
The house has a copper sheet pitched roof; the drainpipes are also copper.
